Digital Time Lines

It was a very busy monarch butterfly fall migration for my students. They participated in many citizen scientists projects such as MLMP, Journey North, and monarch tagging with Monarch Watch. Four groups of students monitored milkweed gardens for eggs and larva to raise in the classroom. Each student raised two butterflies and documented their metamorphosis using their ipad each day. Each child created a digital time line using an application of their choice. They presented their digital creations to the class to share their complete metamorphosis with this insect.
